Our
executive air-conditioned villa is situated on the US
Highway 27 within Highlands Reserve Estate in Davenport,
which is one of the most prestigious holiday and residential
golfing communities in the Orlando area. It is the closest
golf estate to Disney. The villa faces onto a conservation
area. It is ideally located for easy access to all of the
major attractions, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants
only a short drive away. There is a small children's play
park, a tennis court and communal swimming pool for
residents within the estate.

The
villa has been recently upgraded to an exceptionally high
standard with many extras provided free of charge. The
ground floor is mainly tiled and has an open-plan design.
There are 2 separate sitting and dining areas. Cable TV is
provided throughout the villa. The kitchen is fully
equipped. The garage has been converted to a gamesroom with
7 foot pool table, air hockey table, dartboard and a PS2
console (with a selection of games provided). The pool area
is west facing and accessed via the lounge. There are plenty
of loungers and chairs provided. To escape the sun, which
bathes the area from mid morning until sunset, there is
also a covered lanai with ceiling fan

The
sleeping accomodation comprises a master bedroom on the
ground floor with queen sized bed and en-suite, and an
oversized master bedroom upstairs with king-sized bed with
en-suite and balcony overlooking pool and conservation area.
There are also 3 twin-bedded rooms upstairs. There is a
sofabed in the sitting room downstairs if needed. All
bedrooms have ceiling fans, TV and DVD. Extras include
wireless internet access, set of golf clubs, BBQ (though gas
is not provided), travel cot, high chair, free local
telephone calls
