Our home is
3050sqft making this an ideal place for a few families to
enjoy or if you are just wanting something more spacious for
your family, the home is beautifully fully furnish and there
is air-conditioning throughout along with ceiling fans to
the Family area and bedrooms making your stay more
comfortable on those hot summer days. All rooms have also
been fitted with ceiling lights!
The pool is
large enough to swim a few laps or just to have fun playing
with the kids, and the deck area is spacious making it ideal
place to relax and unwind in the hot Florida sunshine and
because we have no rear neighbours it is more private than
many homes. The light in the pool means you can also carry
on playing when the sun goes down. You could also end the
perfect day with a bbq on the deck area and a few cold beers
on the warm Florida evening.

The the master
bedroom is one of the largest i have seen, with super king
size bed and also seating area making this a great space to
relax away from the family. Off the master bedroom is the
master bathroom with large corner bath and separate walk in
shower. There is room within the master bedroom that we have
added a cot to be used as a nursery. Then there is the huge
mirrored walk in wardrobe.
We have themed
2 bedrooms in Mickey mouse and Princess perfect for your
little darlings, both have the Disney Tv's and video
recorders with a selection of childrens videos and there
are 2 twin beds in each room. All bedrooms come with a tv
in. We have then got the family bedroom perfect if you have
a toddler or young child, with Double bed and a twin bed.
All bedrooms also have large walk in wardrobe and drawer
space.

There is a Ps2 in our home with a selection of games
that cater from the very young to the old, and a newly
added games room which has Pool table, Air Hockey and
Electronic darts. We also have a selection of baby
equipment for your use at no extra charge including
highchair, baby monitors and playpen.
We are in walking distance from Publix supermarket
shops, English run cafe/ fish and chips a sports bar and
Applebee's eatery with the most amazing food and happy
hour. So no need to take the car.
