Deposit

10% deposit is required once we have confirmed your booking.

The quickest and most secure method is to click on the "Paypal" logo and make a payment with your credit card . This will take you straight to our account with Paypal over a secure connection, you will get an instant receipt and we get the money straight into our account which enables us to secure your vacation home with the owner without delay.

As soon as we get your deposit we will issue a deposit receipt showing the balance and due date. It will also confirm reservation number, vacation dates, villa size and golf requirements. Please take the time to check this statement for accuracy.

Final payment

The final payment is due 30 days before your vacation.

You can send a cheque or money order either to us or direct to the villa owner. Alternatively you can use your credit card to make a payment but there will be a 3% card transaction fee.

If you do send a cheque please allow 10 days for postal delivery and cheque clearances......!. This is important as we cannot hold homes past the final payment due date especially during peak periods.

When we have final payment we'll issue a full receipt with check-in instructions, directions to your villa, golf vouchers and contact numbers etc..
