Our website was established by Barrie and Jane Pike, who have owned villas at Highlands Reserve since 1999. They wanted to share their love of Orlando and the tranquillity of playing Orlando’s best golf courses. Over the years, they successfully rented their homes and those of other owners in the resort to thousands of holiday makers visiting Orlando, with many satisfied customers returning year after year. Barrie and Jane always took great pride in their holiday villas and ensured that every privately owned home on the website provided all the comforts for a home away from home holiday experience. They have now retired, and the website is managed by Ed and May Skilbeck. Ed is a very keen golfer and May has lived and worked in different areas of Florida over the years. We do not at this time personally own any of the villas shown on this website. All the villas are privately owned homes and managed by local property management companies who we work closely with to continue to deliver first class private holiday accommodations.

For over 20 years we have helped customers find their perfect holiday villa on Highlands Reserve Golf Resort, and we have expanded our portfolio to include holiday homes on the golf communities at ChampionsGate, Reunion and Southern Dunes. We offer a bespoke, personal service that our customers have come to value and appreciate as we save them from having to spend hours trawling through the internet in search of a holiday home. We are not an anonymous website that you cannot speak to. We personally reply to every enquiry and maintain communication with each customer throughout their booking with us up to their arrival and departure from their holiday home. When you rent a villa through us, you can rest assured that you will be staying in the villa that you selected from our website. Unlike other multiple listing websites and holiday tour packages, we will not allocate accommodations on arrival and on another resort. On the rare occasion when the chosen villa suddenly becomes unavailable, we will always notify the guest immediately and endeavour to offer up other similar homes to move the booking into.
