The villa is in a quiet corner of Highlands Reserve with panoramic views of the golf course from the large pool deck.
Upon entering the villa there is a nice open living room overlooking the pool. There are several comfortable sofas to relax in peace and read a book.
The Dining Room at the front of the house had a large dining table with six chairs.
The fully equipped Kitchen has a breakfast bar and two stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook with dual aspect views onto the pool deck and provides a round glass topped table with 4 chairs.
The Family Lounge has plenty of comfortable seating with a large television and views to the outside pool area, this is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the parks.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a separate sitting area with small desk & chair, armchair and direct access to the pool deck. The en-suite features a large Jacuzzi bath, separate toilet, and oversized walk-in shower.
