The main lounge is part of the open area at the rear of the villa that also includes the kitchen and dining area with patio doors on to the pool deck. The Master King bedroom is to the left of the kitchen and has patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is towards the front of the villa and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is a Queen room at the back of the villa with an ensuite bathroom that also opens onto the pool deck. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are twin rooms next to each other and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The pool deck has hedging to the left and right, providing a little bit of privacy for you to enjoy the pool and spa, as well as the view of the golf course to the rear.
The villa is in the peaceful community of Highlands Reserve Resort, situated on an exclusive cut de sac that extends into the golf course. This villa has views south east over the 9th fairway.
