We have dealt with a number of rental companies while staying on Highlands Reserve over the last 20 years and our experience of Ed and HRV has been the best. The villa was very nive, well maintained, clean, and fully equipped, 132 Palm Beach was ideal for our stay on Highlands Reserve.

"The service was brilliant"
We stayed here unexpectedly due to Helene and Milton. Highland Reserve Villas did everything possible to make sure 154 Belmont was ready for us with literally less than 24 hour notice. The villa is on a lovely, quiet, road backing on to the golf course with lovely views. Inside, the villa is very comfortable and was spotlessly clean. There is everything you need for your stay, including the great pool area. During Hurricane Milton the villa felt safe as the storm passed over us. And the management company came the next day to see we were OK. So I would recommend 154 Belmont to anyone. Great service, lovely villa. We will definately stay here again. Book it, you will love it.

We've rented homes for our vacation in 2018, 2019 and 2024 on Highland Reserve all the time, we've have excellent service and always rent wonderfull houses. Everything was very clean and full equiped. For sure, if we rent a villa in Florida again we will rent on Highlands Reserve.

"Outstanding service"
It was an absolute pleasure working with Ed and Mary Skilbeck. Their response time (to my many inquiries) was outstanding. As promised, they delivered everything we asked for. When we had a slight hiccup of our own making, Ed was "all over it" immediately. In fact, I thought he went above and beyond. If/when we plan another golf trip to Orlando, we will definitely have NO hesitation about working with Ed and May again.
