This cosy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club sleeps up to 6 people and has its own private pool with views of the golf course. This home is great for a medium-sized family traveling with small kids. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have their own TV.  After a long day out at the park, everyone can relax in the living room. Here, you’ll find two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has modern appliances including a Nespresso machine, a window that looks out onto the pool area, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar area with seating for two. It comes fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment and utensils you’d need to whip up a tasty meal.  There’s a dining area just off of the kitchen with a glass-top table and 6 wrought iron seats. Just behind the dining table are double doors that lead to the pool area with views of the golf course.  It is screened in to protect everyone from the pesky Florida bugs and there are a couple of sun loungers for those who want to sunbathe. Alternatively, there are a couple of patio chairs under an umbrella for those who just want to relax in the shade with their favorite beverage.
