There's a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a four seat breakfast table, and the large dining area has seating for six. Double opening, french patio doors lead the lanai with stylish sofa and armchairs with a table between them, and the fenced private deck has no rear neighbours and a pool and spa that has plenty of room for the whole family.
